By placing a rental order with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Our goal is to make you happy and satisfied with our service while we each take our responsibilities in case something unfortunate happen.
1. Once rented, you are responsible for taking care of the item. You agree to treat each rental piece/item with care and respect. You will be held responsible for any loss, destruction or irreparable damage to the product beyond any regular wear and tear.
2. After you place the rental order, if you want to change the item you purchased for renting, you will be charged the difference if the new item is more expensive, as well as the shipping fees (both ways). If the new option is less expensive than the initial purchase we will not refund you the difference in order to cover extra service fees.
The shipping cost will be extra on top on the rental charges.
3. We would highly recommend you wearing linears around the clothing armpits for the hygienic safety of yourself and others. Please remove those linears when you are done wearing them.
4. For Basic rental plan, please return in time to avoid the late return charges. Late returns are subject to a late fee charge of $20 per item per day and are strictly enforced, no exceptions. We base our business around scheduling and late returns prevent us from getting the item ready for the next renter in time. After being late for 4 days you will be charged the full retail value of the item in addition to any applicable late fees.
5. Items being shipped back to us will only be subject to late fees if postmarked at a later date than agreed upon. You will not be charged any late fees due to carrier delays.
6. Please do not take the item to the dry cleaner. If item is damaged due to washing, you will be liable and you will be chARGED FULL RETAIL VALUE OF THE ITEM.
7.We sanitize all our clothes twice, after they are returned to us and again before they are rented.
8. No alterations are permitted on any clothing. Please do not alter the clothes. You will be liable for any seamstress fees to repair the alterations. Feel free to use safety pins if you need.
9 Any items returned stained or damaged beyond repair will be charged at full retail value, in addition to any rental fees already paid.
We do offer rental insurance. Please check with us if you wish to purchase. If you purchase rental insurance you do not need to pay a deposit. Unlike a deposit the renters insurance money is not refundable.
